(Late fees are ¥100 per DVD per day. You will not be allowed to rent additional titles until you bring your account up to date. Titles 30 days overdue are subject to the full replacement cost of the DVD this can be very expensive if the title is rare and out-of-print so be sure to return you DVDs on time so that others may rent it also.)
7. Once they’re returned, you’re ready to receive a new batch of DVDs!
Note: If you select one of our three monthly plans (Value, Budget, or Single), you can either a) order DVDs at your convenience, one at a time in the usual manner, or b) maintain a wish list. If you maintain a wish list, as you return DVDs we’ll automatically go straight to the top of your wish list and ship the first available titles from this list. (If, for example, you have the Value Plan and have six titles in your wish list, upon receiving your returns we will automatically ship items 1-3 on your list the following day.) You don’t have to have a wish list, of course, but it will help expedite your next shipment.
Shipping is always free, included in the cost of your DVD Rental Plan. DVDs ship every other day, so your titles will typically arrive within three-to-five days of your order.
Feel free to email us at info@expat-video.com if you have any questions about our collection, if you’re looking for a movie but aren’t sure of the title, or if you want to request a movie or TV we don’t presently carry we listen to customer requests!
